Mission Outreach Project

The October Outreach Mission benefits  Helping Hands Ministry.

This project was started by Pastor Craig with a special donation to the church – its purpose is to provide a “helping hand” within our community.

Recipients have included church members as well as other locals or people passing through the area.

Applicants are interviewed to determine actual need and once a person receives help, they are not eligible again for a period of one year.

Various needs which have been filled by this ministry have included a tank of gas, bus tickets, groceries, rent money, clothing needs, temporary lodging, etc.

Funding is the primary need and donations may be dropped in the offering plate, left in the office or mailed to the church — this project is also funded by the communion offering.

Please see a full list of supplies under the outreach tab.
